| Colin Norgate designs and makes furniture, bespoke joinery as well as Sculptural turnings with specially selected timber to the clients specification.
Woodturning courses are a speciality, and can be tailored to your exact experience and needs.
With over fifteen years experience of working in wood to a high standard of craftsmanship - This included a five year apprenticeship at the Edward Barnsley Workshops, with a further eight years as a craftsman in the renowned workshops.
Previous commissions include six offertory plates for Portsmouth Cathedral, other church work and furniture and turning in private collections.
Colin is a holder of a Guild mark (229) awarded by the Worshipful Company of Furniture makers.
With his experience - Colin will also be running short courses on working with wood. |
